3. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Paddle (our payment processor). We do not store your credit card information. Credit card data is encrypted and processed directly by Paddle according to their privacy standards and PCI compliance requirements.

4. AI Prompts & Server Processing

When you use the REGEX AI Generator, your prompts and documents are transmitted to our AI servers for processing. We do not permanently store these inputs. However, we recommend not including sensitive, confidential, or private information (such as personal identifiers, account numbers, or confidential business information) in your prompts. If you have trust concerns about data transmission, we suggest using only non-sensitive test data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account Information: Stored while your license is active; deleted 30 days after cancellation
• Machine ID: Retained for license validation; deleted upon request
• AI Processing Data: Not permanently stored after processing

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Paddle: Payment processing and merchant services
• DeepSeek API: AI processing for regex generation
• Email Service Provider: For sending license keys and notifications
