Terms of Use

1. License Grant & Restrictions

By purchasing Altera Data Suite, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. This license is binding to your machine and cannot be shared across multiple computers or users without a separate license.

  • License is machine-bound using unique machine identification
  • License validation requires internet connectivity at least once every 7 days
  • You may not crack, keygen, or attempt to circumvent license validation mechanisms

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Share, sell, or distribute your license key to third parties
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary code
  • Use the software to bulk-scrape, mine, or extract data for competitive purposes

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

The REGEX AI Generator and data extraction features use artificial intelligence and are not 100% accurate. Results may vary based on input quality, document complexity, and data formatting. Users are responsible for validating extracted data before using it in production environments.

4. Trial Terms

The 15-day free trial is limited to one per machine. After the trial expires, a paid license is required to continue using Altera. You may cancel the trial at any time without penalty.

5. Updates & Maintenance

Minor updates and bug fixes are provided free during your subscription. We reserve the right to discontinue features or major versions with 30-day notice. Core functionality will remain available during your active license term.

6. Data & Privacy

All user data is processed locally on your machine. Extraction patterns and regex outputs are transmitted to our servers only for AI processing and are not permanently stored. See the Privacy Policy for complete details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Altera Data Suite is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, extraction errors, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of this software. Users assume all responsibility for validating outputs before relying on them.
