Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Altera Data Suite within your first 30 days of purchase, we offer a full refund. No questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your license key and reason for the refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
- Request is made within 30 days of purchase
- The license has not been shared or transferred to another user
- No evidence of attempting to circumvent license restrictions
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear in your bank account within 5–7 business days. Your license will be deactivated immediately upon refund approval.
4. Trial Refund Policy
If you purchased a paid plan immediately after your trial ended and are not satisfied, you are still eligible for the 30-day refund guarantee from your paid purchase date.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain until the end of your billing period. No refund for partial months is provided. To cancel, log into your account or email [email protected]
6. Enterprise & Custom Plans
For enterprise or custom licensing agreements, refund terms will be negotiated individually and specified in your contract.
